We map every pathway through the system — who uses it, when, under what conditions, and where the points of failure are likely to emerge. In complex operational environments, this step regularly surfaces requirements that weren't in the original brief and contradictions that would have caused expensive problems in build.

Before any visual design work begins, we build low-fidelity wireframes that test the core logic of the solution. These are deliberately rough — the point is to validate structure and flow, not polish. Client sign-off at this stage prevents the kind of late-stage rework that derails timelines and inflates costs.

With the wireframes approved, we produce high-fidelity designs that represent the finished product accurately enough to be tested, presented to stakeholders, and used directly as a development specification. These are not decorative — they are working documents.

We assemble the approved designs into a navigable, interactive prototype. Clients and their users can move through the system, experience the journeys, and identify issues in a way that static screens simply do not allow. This is the point at which assumptions either hold or break.

Feedback is built into every stage, not bolted on at the end. We present, gather structured input, and iterate within the sprint cycle. By the time the prototype is finalised, it has already been stress-tested against real user expectations and is ready to present to decision-makers or investment stakeholders.
